Disputes

  • To create a dispute, select your profile icon in the top left corner of your screen. In the menu, select "Dispute" and fill out the necessary information in order to help us understand the situation. A member from our team will reach out and help the issue come to a resolution.

User Associations and Works

Please be aware that while we verify each user's identity in this app, we cannot verify their associations or works in their profile. Use your own discretion when conversing and working with others in and outside of the app. If you notice any suspicious or ill behavior, please share this with us at your immediate convenience. We take everyone's experience in app very seriously. Thank you for your help and understanding!

Finding and Booking Roles

Learn how to search for roles that suite you and book them in an instant!

  • From the Home Screen, navigate to the toolbar at the bottom of your screen and select the magnifying glass in the toolbar. You will then see a list of roles available for you to submit an application to. Simply select the "Apply" button and you are all set. Now, we wait for a response!      *Any response will be visible in Messages Section.

Check - In & Check - Out Function 

​

  • On each day of your work schedule, you will be prompted to check-in up to 30 minutes before the job starts. Navigate to check in by selecting the pop-up notification or go to Home page and select "Check In". You may  check out when the event is finished by following this same process.

Managing Payments

​

  • Because we use Stripe, after receiving payments in app, you must "Withdraw" the money for it to go to your appropriate bank account. This process may take an additional 3-5 business days to complete.
    *A 7% fee will be automatically deducted from your account after payment. This helps us to continue operating the platform. Thank you for your understanding!

  • To update your transaction settings, navigate to the menu in the top right corner of the transactions page and select "Manage Transactions".

Messaging 

You may be asked for an audition in our Messaging section.

  • For in-app auditions, you may submit a video submission by sharing the link or directly sharing the video by navigating to the paperclip in the bottom left corner in Messages.

  • For in-person auditions, you will usually be provided an address and date to refer to.   *Please use caution when going to in-person auditions.*

Notifications

​

  • Navigate to the right corner of the toolbar in the bottom of the app. After selecting that, you will be brought to your Notifications Page where you will receive important updates.

Accessing and Editing Profile

​

  • Select your photo in the top left section of the screen. From there, select "Edit Profile". You will be able to access and edit your profile as needed. After your changes are made, please select the "Save" icon in the top right corner of the app to update the changes that were made in profile.

Connections and Studios

  • To view personal connections, navigate to your profile page and select the menu in the top right corner. 

​

  • To add another user to your connections list, simply go on their profile and select the icon to request it. 

​

  • To see a list of those associated with a studio, simply select the studio name and scroll down to see the list of associated users.
